WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder tor email us the name and email you ordered under. Babes and Felines is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE YOGA AND COTTON TUMMY CONTROL LEGGING?

Our Yoga Legging has a higher waist band and a light fleece interior. The Cotton Legging has a shorter waist band and is cotton! Ciera did a video on her fav features of each legging. Check it out below :)

WHY WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING

First we would like to say that we totally wish we could offer free shipping, (we only offer free shipping for orders over $175) However, with the constant increase of shipping and supplies (envelopes, ink, paper,) it is difficult for small businesses like us to offer the same rates as the bigger businesses. We would love to compete with them, we just simply cant afford it yet. In the future we hope to offer this to each and every customer.

HOW OFTEN WE SHIP

We try to ship out product every 2 business days as we do not like to keep our customers waiting! We do ship product based on availability which can cause minor delays.

HOW OFTEN WE ANSWER EMAILS (babesandfelines@gmail.com)

We check them daily! Several times a day actually. We aim to respond to emails as quickly as we can. We do not tend to emails generally before 8am or after 5pm pacific time. Heads up :)

DO WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Yes! Absolutely. We accept exchanges on unworn items within 5 days of receipt. The only items we cannot exchange are made to order and undies and thong bodysuits of course. We cannot and do not want to resell these items :) WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE
