- Rush Orders: Need it sooner? Email us, and we’ll do our best to help! Note: We don’t ship on weekends.
- Free Shipping: U.S. orders over $150 ship free!

Delivery Times:
- U.S.: Usually delivered within 2-5 business days after shipping.
- International: Delivered within 7-15 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds: —store credit only.
- Eligibility: You can request a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s).
- How to Return: Email us at imababe@shopbabes.com with your order number and proof of purchase to start the process.
- Return Requirements: Items must be returned in original packaging and the condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or denied. Approved returns will receive store credit via email (store credit is final sale).
- Exchanges: Accepted for unworn items (except sale or made-to-order) within 2 weeks
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear, thong bodysuits, vintage, and sale items are final sale (for safety and hygiene reasons).

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to include your order name or number on the package.
